    Energy plus SLEEP!

    I was skeptical but I decided to give this product a try. I didn't notice much change the first 2 times a drank it but after the 3rd day I started having more energy and better sleep. I only drink one serving a day around 2 pm. It gives me a great boost of alertness without the jitters. I rarely slept through the night but after about a week of taking this I have slept through the night every night very peacefully.
