    Returns & Refunds

    Money-Back Guarantee

    We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you can request a refund.

    You will need to return the full product to our address at your own cost.

    Refunds will be processed within 14 days once the returned product has been received and accepted. 


    Returns

    We offer a return option for unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

    • You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase

    • Gift cards are non-refundable

    To initiate a return, notify us within 14 days of your purchase.

    To resolve your concern, a refund will be processed once your order/products have been received and accepted. 

    Refunds (If Applicable)

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

    • Refunds are issued using the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear.

    • Refunds are granted at the discretion of Lifecykel.

    Partial refunds may apply if:

    • Items are not in original condition

    • Items are damaged or missing parts not due to our error


    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund yet:

    1. Recheck your bank account.

    2. Contact your credit card company — posting may be delayed.

    3. Contact your bank — refunds can take time to process.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    To request an exchange for the same item, email info@lifecykel.com and send your item to:

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift (or was sent to the purchaser first), the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

    • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable

    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund

    For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

    We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
