Lion’s Mane
I took Lion’s Mane because I felt my cognitive abilities were going downhill fast. I couldn’t complete crosswords and felt lost when I met people I didn’t know very well in that I couldn’t remember facts concerning general knowledge…I started a course of Lion’s Mane and have begun to very slowly remember small things, like people’s names, etc. It took a couple of bottles but I will persevere in the hopes that my cognition will improve!
