Hands down the best mix for all day results..
I start my day with Lions mane and Cordyceps. Both give me energy without jitters and a clarity to attack the day well into the late afternoon, I bearly drink any coffee now, I still have that morning cup but rarely finish even the 10oz cup I make.
Reishi helps at bedtime with some of the best sleep while waking feeling refreshed in the morning. I also take Reishi when ever I need to relax or wind down after a long day and have been taking some before social events when a ton of people are going to be there to help with anxiety.
Have been taking them for a few years now and even took a break to see if I noticed a drop off and I definitely did. I saw my consumption of caffeine increase back up just to drag myself through the day, brain fog also returned most likely from the repetitive caffeine crashes. I also slept worse, again most likely from the extra caffeine in my system.
