    I love my little body boosts

    I have found since having the Lion's Mane every morning, I feel I can get through more or the day feeling alert. I've also noticed that whenever life gets busy and I miss it for a week, I get sick with whatever virus is doing the rounds. This had me realise the benefits to my immune system taking it regularly.
