    I love my little body boosts

    I have found since having the Lion's Mane every morning, I feel I can get through more or the day feeling alert. I've also noticed that whenever life gets busy and I miss it for a week, I get sick with whatever virus is doing the rounds. This had me realise the benefits to my immune system taking it regularly. This combo has proven to boost my mental state and have me in a calmer place to regulate big emotions. This is my fourth order and I love how quickly it comes and eco friendly the packaging is.
